Résumé

Synchronous multiple neoplasms are rare and pose a significant diagnostic and management challenge. We present the case of a 52-year-old woman who presented with a mass in her left breast. Investigations revealed a lobular carcinoma of the left breast, classified as T3N1M0 with a luminal immunohistochemical profile of A. She underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy. A mid-treatment evaluation revealed a second tumor in the cervix, classified as FIGO IVA. We administered paxclitaxel-carboplatin chemotherapy followed by concurrent chemoradiotherapy targeting the cervix. The treatment strategy continued with a left mastectomy and ipsilateral axillary lymph node dissection. Postoperatively, the patient received aromatase inhibitor hormone therapy followed by external beam radiation therapy to the chest wall. Fourteen months later, she is still alive and in generally satisfactory condition.
